What is Fear? : Fear is a learned emotion. It is natural and not the opposite of any other emotion. If you want to make your fear manageable, just accept it as it is because when you don’t accept it, it keeps growing rendering you into a shock or a mental breakdown.

Observe Your Fear Step by Step: don’t sense your fear as one big feeling. Break it down to its triggers and observe how it is escalating. The way your fear increases is a structure you have given it. Identify the key elements of your fear and replace those with new memories, ideas and thoughts. Time taken to redesign your fear might take somewhere between an hour to a few weeks. Stay steady.
